How to install
- After unpacking, you will see five accessories as shown in the figure.
- As shown in the figure, insert the exposed end of the steel tube of module 1 into Module 2A. The outwardly sloping surface of Module 1 faces outwards.
- Let two elastic belts across the Module 1 (handrail) and place them on both ends of the handrail as shown in the figure
- Place the other end of the elastic belts through Module 3. Both sides of module 3 insert into 2A and 2B.
- Since the product adopts screw-free technology, when the process is finished, push hard on four angles and balance them.
- Since the product adopts screw-free technology, there are chances angles might not be balanced. If it leans, please adjust diagonally as shown by the arrow in the figure until it is shown in the figure.
- When adjusting the height, simply pull the sleeve up to the appropriate height. When the satisfactory height is reached, the rotary nut can be fixed under the casing.

How long is the warranty period?
Mydollpro warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice.
Should the Product(s) supplied by Mydollpro prove defective because of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by us, Mydollpro agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return the item from the date that you received it.(confirmed by Shipping Tracking record). Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened items. To request a refund for an unopened item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain a return authorization number. We do not bear the shipping cost for returning the goods to us.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
